Overview
As we continue learning the Secwépemc language you are encouraged to return to previous sections of the course. Language learning is not linear, and you may wish to revisit the first introduction or the sounds of the alphabet over and over. This repetition is the nature of learning.
We are now onto greetings, parting words, and common phrases. This lesson will introduce you to some common greetings that are heard in daily interactions between people. It is a small but important part of any culture to greet and depart with words. As well, we will introduce you to some common Secwepemctsín phrases.
